Abstract: The present application provides a sodium secondary battery and an electric device. The sodium secondary battery comprises a negative electrode sheet and an electrolyte; the negative electrode sheet comprises a negative electrode film layer; the negative electrode film layer contains a silicon element; and the electrolyte comprises a first component, and the first component is a fluorinated carbonate compound. According to the sodium secondary battery, the volume expansion rate after high temperature storage of the battery can be reduced, and the cycling stability of the battery is improved.
