Abstract: ABSTRACT In response to the challenges faced by farmers and pet owners in managing animal health, this project presents SmartLivestock & PetCare, an Android- based application designed to provide a simple and reliable solution for animal healthcare management. The app offers a centralized platform where users can create and manage digital profiles for both livestock and pets, including vaccination records, deworming schedules, feeding routines, _medical treatments, and pet license details. To reduce reliance on memory or manual records, the system provides automated reminders for vaccinations, deworming, feeding, and license expiry, ensuring that no critical health activity is missed. The application also includes a veterinary support feature, allowing users to contact nearby verified veterinarians through phone calls and manage appointment scheduling via reminders, while final confirmations are handled simply to maintain practical usability.By combining digital health management, AI -based symptom guidance, automated reminders, and direct veterinary support into a single mobile platform, SmartLivestock & PetCare aims to improve animal well-being, ensure timely medical care, and simplify health care management for both farmers and pet owners
