The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence based residential construction planning system named SmartBuild AI. The invention integrates construction cost prediction, house design recommendation, material estimation, construction timeline prediction, and interactive three-dimensional visualization within a unified web-based platform. The system accepts user inputs including plot dimensions, number of floors, room requirements, architectural preferences, material specifications, and budget constraints. These inputs are processed using a Random Forest Regression model trained on historical construction datasets to estimate the overall construction cost. Based on user requirements, the system recommends suitable residential layouts and generates interactive three- dimensional house models using the Three.js framework. The invention further predicts material requirements and construction timelines, enabling users to evaluate project feasibility before construction begins. The generated planning report combines cost estimation, recommended layouts, material quantities, project duration, and 3D visualization into a single intelligent platform. By integrating multiple construction planning functions into one system, SmartBuild AI reduces manual effort, improves planning accuracy, enhances visualization, and supports informed decision-making for residential construction.
