Inventors include Dr. Niyati Patel; Dr. Vilin Parekh; Dr. Avani B. Patel; Deepika Chauhan; Dr. Chaitanya Singh; Patel Sagarbhai Pravinbhai; and Dr. Esha Pandya.
The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: The invention relates to a smart wearable patch (100) configured for controlled transdermal delivery of homeopathic medicine based on real-time physiological feedback. The patch comprises a multi-layer flexible body (101) incorporating a physiological sensor array (110) including a heart-rate/PPG sensor (111), temperature sensor (112), and GSR sensor (113) for continuous biometric monitoring. An electronics unit (120) containing a microcontroller (121) and an AI processor (122) analyzes incoming physiological data to detect predefined physiological-state deviations. Upon detection, the AI processor generates an activation command to a controlled-release module (140) including a hydrogel reservoir (141) and iontophoretic delivery assembly (144) driven by an active release mechanism (145) for delivering a micro-dose of homeopathic formulation through the skin-contact adhesive interface (150). The system operates as a closed-loop adaptive therapeutic device wherein updated physiological data continuously regulate subsequent dosing.
