Abstract: The present invention discloses a Smart Wearable Notification System for Queue Management, Service Requests, Healthcare Assistance, and Hospitality Services. The system is designed to provide a reliable and efficient wearable notification platform that improves communication, response time, and service coordination across a variety of environments. The invention includes a wrist-worn receiver unit that integrates a processing unit, wireless communication module, visual display, vibration- based alert mechanism, rechargeable power source, and a protective wearable enclosure. The receiver unit communicates wirelessly with one or more paired transmitting units installed at locations such as restaurant tables, hospital beds, office cabins, queue management stations, customer service counters, or other designated monitoring points. Whenever a transmitting unit is activated, the system sends a notification to the corresponding wearable receiver. Depending on the type of event, the receiver generates a vibration alert and displays relevant information such as the source of the request, location details, or the type of notification. The system also supports multiple transmitting units communicating with one or more wearable devices, allowing efficient management of service requests from different locations through a single wearable platform. Notification settings, alert priorities, and display information can be configured according to the requirements of the application. The proposed system offers a compact, energy-efficient, and standalone solution that does not depend on smartphones or fixed display infrastructure for its operation. Owing to its flexible and scalable design, the invention can be deployed in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, offices, industrial facilities, queue management systems, elderly care, child safety, asset monitoring, and other environments where timely notifications and rapid response are essential.
