Abstract: SMART WEARABLE BIOSENSOR DEVICE FOR SWEAT COMPOSITION MONITORING Abstract The present invention relates to a smart wearable biosensor device (100) for non-invasive, real-time monitoring of sweat composition. The device comprises a biodegradable substrate (102) integrated with microfluidic channels (112) configured to collect and transport sweat via capillary action to a sweat collection layer (111). A sensing layer (101) comprising integrated sensing elements (110) is provided for detecting biomarkers including glucose, lactate, pH, electrolytes, and temperature. The detected biochemical signals are converted into electrical signals and processed by a signal processing unit (103) comprising an amplifier (104), an analog-to-digital converter (105), and a microcontroller (106). A wireless communication module (107) transmits the processed data to an external user interface device (108) for real-time monitoring, visualization, and analysis via an application platform (109). The device is fabricated using biodegradable and biocompatible materials, ensuring user comfort, environmental sustainability, and efficient continuous physiological monitoring.
