The invention comprises a wearable band (1) integrated with a control unit (2), a microcontroller module (3), a heating element (4), and a vibration motor array (5) configured to provide synchronized thermal and mechanical stimulation to an abdominal region of a user. A power supply unit (6) connected to a rechargeable battery (7) provides portable electrical operation of the 10 device. A Bluetooth communication module (8) establishes wireless communication with a mobile application interface (9) for remote control of therapy settings. A temperature control module (10) regulates heat generation of the heating element (4), while an intensity control module (11) regulates vibration strength of the vibration motor array (5). A fastening strap (12) secures the wearable band (1) around the user 15 for stable positioning during operation. The invention provides portable, wearable, and non-pharmaceutical menstrual pain relief through adjustable and synchronized heat and vibration therapy.
