Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart wearable safety system designed to enhance industrial worker safety and productivity through real-time monitoring and intelligent data processing. The proposed system, termed SMART WEAR GUARDIAN, integrates an ESP32-based embedded platform with multiple sensors, including motion sensors, gas sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, and RFID modules for attendance tracking . The system utilizes TinyML-based motion classification to detect worker activities such as walking, idle state, and fall detection directly on the device without reliance on external computation. Environmental monitoring is performed to identify hazardous conditions such as harmful gas exposure and abnormal temperature levels. The system also incorporates an automated attendance and conditions, the system triggers real-time alerts through buzzers and transmits notifications along with GPS location data to supervisors. Data collected from the system can be stored locally or transmitted to cloud platforms for further analysis and monitoring. The proposed invention provides a low-cost, efficient, and scalable solution for improving industrial safety, reducing manual intervention, enhancing productivity environments.
