The application for the patent was published on June 26, 2026, under issue no. 26/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT SMART VEHICLE FLOW INTEGRATED IoT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH ADAPTIVE SIGNAL CONTROL The present invention provides a Smart Vehicle Flow Integrated IoT Traffic Management System (100) for efficient urban traffic control. The system comprises an STM32F429 microcontroller (110) as central processing unit; a vehicle detection module (115) with infrared sensors (120) for vehicle tracking and ultrasonic sensors (130) for distance measurement; an ESP32 Wi-Fi module (140) for wireless connectivity to a ThingSpeak cloud platform (150); an adaptive traffic signal controller (160) with red (162), yellow (164), and green (166) LED indicators; and an automatic street light regulation module (170) with LDR sensor (172). The system continuously monitors traffic conditions, dynamically adjusts signal timing based on real-time vehicle detection, transmits data to the cloud for remote analytics, and automatically controls street lighting based on ambient light levels. The invention enables optimized traffic flow, reduced congestion, energy-efficient street lighting, and data-driven traffic management for smart urban mobility. [
