Abstract: In response to the increasing need for intelligent and reliable medical support systems, this project focuses on developing an AI-powered diagnostic application designed to assist doctors in early and accurate identification of medical conditions. The system is built using a complete end-to-end pipeline, starting with the collection of real patient images provided by a medical professional. These images were carefully labeled using the Roboflow platform to create a high-quality training dataset.Following dataset preparation, a custom deep learning model was trained and tested in Google Colab to ensure strong accuracy and performance. Once the model was optimized, a userfriendly front-end interface was developed using SwiftUI to provide a seamless experience for doctors and patients. The application communicates securely with the backend, which is implemented using Python and PHP, enabling real-time predictions and data management.By integrating machine learning, modern UI design, and robust backend services, this project delivers a practical and efficient medical assistance tool. The system enhances diagnostic transparency, improves workflow efficiency, and supports healthcare professionals in making informed clinical decisions.
