Abstract: The present disclosure provides a smart tracksuit system designed to monitor and analyze a user’s physiological data during physical activity. The system integrates sensors, including heart rate, pulse rate, accelerometer, and gyroscopic sensors, to capture real-time data on heart rate, pulse rate, and body movement. A processing unit analyzes this data to assess user’s activity level and provide personalized recommendations for exercise or rest. The AI module dynamically adjusts heart rate and pulse rate thresholds based on the user’s fitness level and activity history. The system also features voice command module, allowing hands-free operation for data analysis and activity adjustments. A display unit provides real-time feedback to the user, while a power management system ensures efficient battery use. The system can wirelessly transmit data to handheld device or cloud service for long-term analysis and tracking.
