Abstract: The present invention relates to a Smart Sustainable Construction Ecosystem that integrates bio-waste utilization, mechanical automation, civil infrastructure, environmental monitoring, and business analytics within a unified intelligent platform. The system is configured to collect and process suitable bio-waste materials, convert the processed waste into construction-related resources such as bio-based additives, composite materials, blocks, panels, or other value-added construction products, and automatically control associated mechanical processing operations. A sensor-enabled civil infrastructure module monitors structural, environmental, material, and operational parameters during construction and subsequent infrastructure utilization. Mechanical automation units perform material handling, segregation, crushing, mixing, molding, conveying, and controlled production operations with reduced manual intervention. An intelligent business analytics module analyzes material availability, processing costs, energy consumption, production quantity, resource utilization, environmental impact, inventory, maintenance requirements, and economic performance. The system further provides data-driven recommendations for resource allocation, production scheduling, waste reduction, and sustainable construction planning. The integrated architecture enables circular utilization of bio-waste while improving construction-resource efficiency and operational transparency. The invention thereby establishes a digitally monitored and mechanically automated ecosystem for transforming selected bio-waste into useful construction resources while simultaneously supporting sustainable infrastructure development and economically informed construction management.
