Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a smart smoke and LPG detection system (100 for detecting LPG leakage and smoke and initiating a corresponding safety response. The system (100) comprises an LPG sensing element (101), smoke sensing element (102), controller (103), audible alarm (104), visual indicator (105), communication unit (106), remote user device (107), shut-off valve (108), actuator (109), temperature sensing element (110), flame sensing element (111), event memory (112), and backup power source (113). The controller (103) processes successive sensor readings to determine changes and persistence of detected conditions and classifies the monitored environment into normal, warning, or critical states. In the warning state, the controller (103) activates the audible alarm (104), visual indicator (105), and communication unit (106) for transmitting a warning to the remote user device (107). In the critical state corresponding to LPG leakage, the actuator (109) operates the shut-off valve (108) to interrupt LPG flow. The controller (103) monitors recovery conditions and maintains the safety response until the recovery condition is satisfied. The figure associated with abstract is Fig. 1.
