Abstract: ABSTRACT SMART SENSOR-INTEGRATED EXERCISE TRAINING SYSTEM FOR REAL-TIME POSTURE ANALYSIS, PHYSIOLOGICAL MONITORING, AND AUTONOMOUS CORRECTIVE GUIDANCE An exercise training system (100) for real-time posture analysis and corrective guidance is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a support surface (10) including a plurality of pressure sensors (11) configured to generate pressure data corresponding to body contact regions of a user. A wearable unit (20) includes an inertial measurement unit (21) configured to generate orientation data associated with body alignment and a physiological sensor (22) configured to generate vital parameter data including heart rate and blood oxygen saturation. A processing unit (30), including a data fusion module (31), a posture analysis engine (32), and an intelligent adaptation module (33), is configured to fuse the pressure data, orientation data, and vital parameter data to determine a body posture state and posture accuracy metric. A feedback interface (40) including visual indicators (12) provides real-time corrective feedback. FIG. 1 is the reference figure.
