Abstract: ABSTRACT: In this paper, we propose a comprehensive smart security system leveraging advanced facial recognition technology to enhance safety and security in both residential and commercial environments. The system is meticulously designed to detect unauthorized individuals and promptly notify users, ensuring immediate responses to potential security threats. It employs a dual-response mechanism that includes real-time alerts sent via the Telegram app and an audible alarm lasting 10 seconds to deter intruders effectively. This combination not only alerts users immediately but also discourages potential intrusions. The system's architecture revolves around three critical components: the Atmel 89S52 microcontroller, ESP8266 Node MCU, and TP-Link Tapo C500 Full HD Outdoor PT Smart Wi-Fi Camera. The Atmel 89S52 microcontroller acts as the central processing unit, orchestrating the various modules to ensure seamless operation and integration. Inputs from the camera are processed efficiently to detect and respond to unauthorized access. The ESP8266 Node MCU is employed for its robust Wi-Fi capabilities, which facilitate reliable communication between the camera, microcontroller, and Telegram app. This communication is vital for real-time updates, ensuring users are always informed about security breaches. The TP-Link Tapo C500 camera is chosen for its high-definition video capture, outdoor durability, and advanced pan-tilt capabilities, providing extensive monitoring coverage and minimizing blind spots. By leveraging facial recognition, the system significantly reduces false alarms, focusing only on genuine threats. This approach enhances the system's overall reliability and efficiency, making it an effective solution for modern security' needs.
