A semantic complexity analysis engine (116) evaluates textual difficulty. A multimodal synchronization controller (117) aligns behavioral signals which are processed by an edge artificial intelligence inference processor (118). A comprehension confidence index generator (119) produces a scalar comprehension value. When the value falls below a predefined threshold, an adaptive feedback module (120) injects contextual assistance. The device operates fully on-device, preserving privacy and enabling low-latency intervention during reading.
