Abstract: The titled invention discloses a smart podium system designed to automatically adjust podium height according to the position of a speaker while providing microphone automation, accessibility support, and operational safety. The system comprises a camera unit (2) configured to capture speaker images, a Raspberry Pi processing unit 10 (3) for performing face detection, and an MQTT communication unit (4) for transmitting speaker position information to an ESP32 control unit (5). Based on the received information, a motorized height adjustment unit (6) automatically raises or lowers the podium to a suitable height. A presence detection unit (7) validates speaker presence and operates a microphone control unit (8) for automatic microphone mute and 15 unmute functions. A safety monitoring unit (9) prevents unsafe operation, while a manual override unit (1 0}, teleprompter display unit (11 }, and Bluetooth text-to-speech unit (12) provide accessibility and user assistance. The invention improves comfort, inclusivity, safety, and convenience in classrooms, auditoriums, conference halls, and public speaking environments.
