The application for the patent was published on September 18, 2026, under issue no. 38/2026.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a Circadian-Neuro Adaptive Photonic Sleep Mask configured to improve sleep quality and awakening through biologically synchronized photonic stimulation. The device comprises a lightweight, breathable eye mask incorporating a calibrated multi-spectrum LED array configured to emit red, orange, and warm white light for simulating natural sunrise progression. Integrated EEG sensors and motion sensors continuously monitor user sleep stages, while a microcontroller dynamically controls light intensity and spectral modulation to initiate awakening during an optimal light sleep phase. The device operates in a Night Mode that emits low-intensity red light to promote melatonin secretion and facilitate rapid sleep onset, and a Morning Mode that gradually increases illumination for gentle awakening. A rechargeable lithium-ion battery supports overnight operation, while wireless mobile application connectivity enables personalized configuration of timing, brightness, colour progression, and wake duration. The invention provides adaptive, energy-efficient, portable, and circadian-aligned sleep enhancement
