Abstract: The present invention discloses a system and method for intelligent phase selection and predictive power continuity management in multi-phase electrical supply systems. Electrical parameters associated with multiple incoming power phases are continuously monitored to identify operational instability, power quality degradation, and abnormal electrical conditions. Predictive analysis is performed using voltage fluctuation behavior, degradation trends, harmonic distortion, transient conditions, waveform quality, and historical instability patterns to predict phase instability prior to actual phase failure. Dynamic health scores and phase stability forecasting are utilized to identify a reliable operating phase based on present electrical condition and predicted long-term operational reliability. The disclosed system further performs adaptive load intelligence by automatically identifying connected load behavior and dynamically modifying operational control parameters. Predictive switching impact evaluation is performed prior to actual phase transfer for estimating transient disturbance, switching stress, outage probability, and equipment damage risk. Waveform-synchronized hybrid switching reduces transient disturbance, equipment stress, and supply interruption during phase transition, thereby improving operational continuity, reliability, and electrical safety associated with multi-phase electrical supply environments.
