Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart medical response wristband device is designed to monitored vital signs through enzymatic biosensors: subtilisin embedded in bacterial cellulose provides blood pressure readouts with ±10 mmHg accuracy via a blue-to-yellow color shift, while a myoglobin–peroxidase hydrogel delivers oxygen saturation monitoring with ±3–5% accuracy through red-to- purple transitions. These sensors operate without external power, offering immediate visual alerts. A bio–lothgenical ” lo“oipf links detected anomalies to controlled medication release, while an etched QR panel ensures rapid access to emergency medical information. The hybrid design combines a durable rubber exterior for relaxed wear with biodegradable inner layers for hypoallergenic comfort and eco-friendly decomposition. By merging medication adherence, real-time monitoring, and emergency response into a self-sustaining system, the SERHB overcomes limitations such as rigid structures, restricted medication formats, and short-term stability, making it particularly valuable in low-resource healthcare settings.
