Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a smart medical box integrated with Internet of Things technology, designed to manage and monitor medication adherence. The system includes IoT connectivity module enabling synchronization with handheld device app for real-time tracking and remote monitoring. An AI-powered analytics system uses machine learning algorithms to analyze medication intake patterns, predict potential adverse effects, and suggest optimized schedules based on health data. The notification system sends reminders to users and caregivers in case of missed doses. Biometric authentication restricts access to the compartments, ensuring security. An emergency alert system provides immediate alerts to caregivers or emergency services, and temperature and humidity control system ensures optimal storage conditions for medications.
