Abstract: The present disclosure relates to Smart LPG Regulator system designed to enhance safety and convenience in managing gas supply. The system includes a handheld device that allows users to remotely control the gas flow via a wireless communication interface. It also features a manual control system for direct adjustment in absence of connectivity. A combination of sensors, including gas, pressure, and flow sensors, detects irregularities such as gas leaks, triggering an audible alarm and an automatic shut-off mechanism to terminate gas supply if needed. The system includes a quantity-based sensor that monitors and displays the gas level both on a remote interface and a local LED display. Additionally, the LED display provides real-time data on gas consumption, and the system can generate alerts for low gas levels, gas leakage, and maintenance needs. A self-diagnosis feature is also included to detect malfunctions and alert the user for necessary repairs. FIG. 1
