Abstract: Food safety has become a critical concern due to the increasing occurrence of adulteration and the ·circulation of expired liquid consumables such as milk, juices, and beverages. The present invention lrelates to an intelligent system for detecting the integrity of liquid products using multi-sensor fusion and 1data-driven analysis. The system integrates a set of sensors to measure key physicochemical parameters ]including acidity, gas emission, temperature variation, and optical properties of the liquid sample. The :acquired data is processed using a microcontroller such as an Arduino Uno and analyzed through ,embedded algorithms and machine learning techniques to evaluate freshness and identify abnormal patterns indicating spoilage or chemical manipulation. Based on the analysis, the system classifies the 'sample as safe, expired, or adulterated and provides a clear output to the user. The invention offers a portable, cost-effective, and real-time solution suitable for applications in food safety inspection, dairy 'industries, and retail quality monitoring, thereby enhancing consumer protection and preventing the ,distribution of unsafe liquid products
