Abstract: In contemporary city life, parking congestion in office buildings is a major issue. Traditional parking systems involve the users manually looking for empty parking lots, which is not only time-wasting but also inefficient. Also, these systems tend to use too much manpower and excess power consumption through constant illumination and absence of automation. To solve these challenges, this invention suggests an innovative Smart Parking Energy Management System that utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) technology to maximize the usage of parking spaces and minimize energy consumption. The suggested system combines Honeywell sensors and controllers to sense vehicle occupancy and efficiently manage parking spaces. The system uses intelligent lamps that display empty parking areas in real-time, enabling drivers to be driven directly to the closest available parking space without the inconvenience of looking for it manually. Through the automation of the parking process, the system minimizes the time taken for parking, enhances user experience, and improves the overall efficiency of parking management in multi-level office complexes. In addition, the energy-efficient nature of this design makes sure that lighting and other energy-consuming features only run when required, reducing overall power usage. The key aim of this invention is to present a systematic, smart, and energy-efficient method for parking management. Through the inclusion of IoT-based sensors, real-time monitoring, and auto-controls, this solution presents a smart, user-friendly, and sustainable parking system that promotes time efficiency and operational effectiveness with reduced energy wastage. 4 Claims & 1 Figure.
