Abstract: The present invention relates to the development of a smart home system, which will use the technology of machine learning to make predictions and adjustments according to the preferences, behavior patterns, and routines of its inhabitants to increase comfort, energy efficiency, security, and automation. Data from various sensors, connected devices, environmental monitoring devices, and interaction channels of the system will be used to collect data about the behavior patterns of the people. Machine learning algorithms will analyze past and current data to detect patterns related to occupancy, desired environmental conditions, device usages, and activity patterns. Depending on the predictive analysis, the system will automatically regulate the light, temperature, ventilation, entertainment gadgets, and security systems according to the preferences of individuals. The proposed smart home system is intelligent, energy efficient, and secure. FIG.1
