Abstract: Industrial workers are exposed to various workplace hazards, including harmful gases, high temperature, and accidental falls or impacts. Conventional safety helmets provide essential physical protection but lack continuous monitoring and intelligent alert mechanisms. This paper presents a Smart Helmet for Industrial Workman's Safety that integrates multiple sensors with an ESP32-based system to continuously monitor temperature, gas level, heart rate, and motion-related parameters. The collected data are analyzed to identify abnormal working conditions and potential safety risks. TinyML is incorporated for safety-condition classification, while the SAFEGUARD web platform provides real-time visualization of sensor data, safety status, predictions, and alerts. The system is designed to provide immediate warning during hazardous conditions and support remote supervision of industrial workers. Experimental evaluation using the developed system demonstrates its ability to detect different safety conditions and provide corresponding alerts. The proposed smart helmet offers an integrated, practical, and cost-effective approach for enhancing real-time industrial worker safety and improving response to hazardous situations
