Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart healthcare monitoring system integrating Artificial Intelligence (Al) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies for real-time patient health monitoring and analysis. The system comprises wearable sensing units configured to continuously acquire physiological parameters including heart rate, body temperature, electrocardiogram (ECG), electroencephalogram (EEG), blood oxygen saturation (SpCh), and motion data for activity and fall detection. The acquired data is processed through an embedded edge computing module and transmitted to a cloud-based platform using secure and lightweight communication protocols. The cloud infrastructure facilitates real-time visualization, long-term storage, and scalable data management. An Al-based time-series analysis model is employed to detect abnormalities in physiological signals and motion patterns. Upon identification of potential health risks, the system generates alerts and notifies caregivers or healthcare professionals for timely medical intervention. The proposed system enhances remote patient monitoring, ensures data security, reduces dependency on frequent hospital visits, and provides an efficient, scalable, and proactive healthcare solution.
