Abstract: A smart health kiosk for AI-powered analysis and simplification of medical reports with medication integration is disclosed. The kiosk includes a report-acquisition interface, an embedded processing unit, a display, a clinical-content processing engine, a medication-integration engine, a simplification engine, and a safety-control engine. An image or electronic document representing a medical report is subjected to optical recognition and layout analysis to generate structured report data comprising clinical expressions, findings, measured values, units, reference intervals, qualifiers, and respective source locations. Medication information, including a medicine name, strength, dosage, route, frequency, duration, and clinician-authored instruction, is extracted from the report or an associated prescription and linked to relevant structured report data without independently prescribing or modifying therapy. The simplification engine generates patient-comprehensible explanations according to a selected readability profile while preserving clinically significant qualifiers, medication instructions, and measurement information. The safety-control engine validates each explanation against the source data, identifies uncertain extraction, potential duplication, inconsistency, or a predetermined medication-related warning condition, and withholds or qualifies output when reliability is insufficient. The user interface presents layered, optionally multilingual or audible explanations, provides access to corresponding source portions, and recommends professional review where appropriate.
