Abstract: The present disclosure provides a smart garment (100) for integrated pediatric health and growth monitoring. The smart garment (100) includes a garment body (102) configured to be worn by an infant or child, the garment body (102) having a stretchable fabric. One or more vital sign sensors (104) integrated into the garment body (102) measure at least one of body temperature, pulse rate, and respiration rate. One or more stretch sensors (106) embedded within the stretchable fabric at predetermined anatomical locations measure circumferential dimensions including at least one of head circumference, chest circumference, and mid-upper arm circumference. A microcontroller (108) housed within the garment body (102) is operatively connected to the vital sign sensors (104) and stretch sensors (106), receives sensor data, applies calibration algorithms, and generates measurement values. A display (110) operatively connected to the microcontroller (108) presents the measurement values. (Fig. 1)
