Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart food freshness box (100) with storage-condition monitoring and an early warning system. The box comprises a food-grade storage container (102), a temperature sensor (104), a humidity sensor (106), a processing and control unit (108), a storage-condition recording module (110), a display arrangement module (112), an alert and warning module (114), a threshold comparison and status determination module (116), and a wireless/mobile notification module (118). The sensors (104, 106) monitor parameters including temperature and humidity associated with stored food. The processing and control unit (108) receives the sensor data, the threshold comparison and status determination module (116) compares the detected conditions with predetermined storage thresholds, and the storage-condition recording module (110) maintains a record of storage conditions over time. The system is configured to identify changes or prolonged exposure to unsuitable storage conditions and provide, through the display arrangement module (112), the alert and warning module (114), and the wireless/mobile notification module (118), an early indication that the food may require inspection, consumption, relocation, or other attention.
