The system monitors health-related variables such as body temperature, heartbeat frequency, breathing rate, and blood oxygen concentration, while at the same time ensuring thermal comfort by adjusting to changes in temperature conditions. Data obtained from monitoring can be processed and relayed to other devices for real-time tracking.
