The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: ABSTRACT Smart Energy LED Monitoring Device The present invention relates to a smart electrical energy monitoring device configured for indoor monitoring of electrical energy consumption. The device comprises an AC input arrangement, electrical protection circuit, AC-to-DC power conversion circuit, current transformer, electrical energy measurement module, microcontroller, plurality of LED indicators, voltage display arrangement and manual reset switch. The current transformer senses electrical current associated with a monitored electrical load without direct galvanic connection to the load-current path. The energy measurement module determines electrical parameters including accumulated electrical energy consumption and communicates corresponding data to the microcontroller. The microcontroller compares the accumulated consumption with predetermined consumption thresholds and selectively controls a plurality of LED indicators corresponding to different consumption slabs. In a preferred embodiment, five indicators correspond to successive consumption thresholds up to approximately 500 energy units, with a first indicator being green and subsequent indicators being red.
