Abstract: A smart e-circular system for targeted real-time classroom announcement is disclosed. The system comprises a microcontroller, a wireless communication interface, a display, a plurality of visual indicators, an audible alert device and a voice-message playback interface. An electronic circular or announcement transmitted from an authorized device is received through the wireless interface and processed by the microcontroller. The controller identifies whether the received information corresponds to a particular target group or a common announcement. Target-specific visual and audible notification is then generated by selectively activating a corresponding indicator and buzzer, while announcement or target information is displayed on the LCD. A stored voice message can additionally be played through the voice interface. The disclosed architecture provides rapid, paper-reduced and coordinated communication within classrooms and can be extended to multiple target groups and educational.
