Abstract: In response to the growing need for data-driven sports rehabilitation and improved athlete recovery tools, our project introduces the Smart Cricket Performance Rehab Bat, a technologically advanced training device designed to assist players recovering from injuries while enhancing their performance. This bat integrates multiple_sensors such _as_ motion,__impact, vibration, and grip-_ pressure sensors—to analyze a player's swing mechanics, muscle load, and recovery progress in real time. By capturing critical biomechanical parameters, the system provides accurate feedback that helps athletes rebuild strength, correct improper techniques, and prevent re-injury during rehabilitation. The embedded microcontroller continuously records sensor data and wirelessly transmits it to a connected mobile application, where players and coaches can monitor swing speed, bat path, wrist stability, and overall exertion. The system offers personalized training recommendations and alerts when excessive strain is detected, ensuring safer and more effective rehabilitation sessions. While players can train freely, the smart bat autonomously evaluates performance and provides targeted guidance, creating a seamless and intelligent recovery environment. By combining sports biomechanics with smart sensor technology, the Smart Cricket Performance Rehab Bat enhances recovery efficiency, supports injury-free performance improvement, and contributes to the long-term well-being of modern cricket athletes
