Abstract: SMART CRADLE SYSTEM FOR INFANT COMFORT AND SAFETY ABSTRACT A smart cradle system (100) for ensuring infant comfort and safety is disclosed. The system (100) comprises a sound sensor (102) adapted to detect an crying sound and generate an analog signal, and aa moisture sensor (104) adapted to sense wetness in a cradle bedsheet and generate a moisture signal. The system (100) is configured to receive the analog signal and the moisture signal from the sound sensor (102) and the moisture sensor (104); analyze, using a deep learning algorithm, the received analog signal and the moisture signal to determine a comfort score; compare the comfort score with a baseline score; and activate a motor driver (108), when the comfort score underpasses the baseline score.
