Abstract: The present invention discloses an automated brick wall· culling 5 machine (30) designed to simplify the process of cutting and shaping bricks in construction walls, particularly for installing electrical and plumbing systems, while reducing manual effort and increasing precision. The machine (10) comprises a portable stand (31), a machine holder for adjustment and support (32), gripping jaws (33) coated with soft rubber to securely hold 10 bricks without surface damage, and a rotary blade system (38) powered by a high-efficiency BLOC motor (34). A user-friendly display interface (36) allows operators to input brick dimensions such as length, width, and height, enabling precise cutting based on project requirements. The controller unit (35) processes these inputs and automates the movement of the cutting 15 system in multiple directions up and down, left and right, front and back using a holder mechanism (37, 39). The system includes a secondary interface ( 40) for fine-tuning settings and features an airflow motor vent ( 41) and a water pump ( 42) for effective dust suppression during operation. A full coverage casing ( 43) ensures operational safety. The integrated motion and 20 cutting mechanisms, supported by programmable automation, allow the blades to perform clean, consistent cuts or grooves in brick walls.
