Abstract: An intelligent system called smart college chatbot with text and voice interaction has been developed to improve access to college- related information by providing real-time responses through both text and voice communication. In today’s fast-paced digital environment, students and visitors often face difficulty in obtaining accurate information about institutions, especially when depending on websites or manual enquiry methods. Traditional systems do not provide instant responses or interactive assistance. To overcome these limitations, the proposed system uses a chatbot with voice assistant capabilities to deliver information dynamically. The system allows users to ask queries through text or voice, receive instant responses, and access detailed information about courses, departments, placements, and campus facilities. By processing user input using Natural Language Processing (NLP) and response generation techniques, the platform ensures accurate and meaningful communication. The application also provides a simple user interface, real-time interaction, and continuous availability. With its conversational approach, voice-enabled interaction, and scalable design, the proposed system offers an efficient and modem solution for information access in educational institutions
