Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION (to be given along with complete specification on separate page) The main objective of the electronic governance platform developed by using artificial intelligence and known as the Smart Citizen Hub is to ensure that citizens have access to a single intelligent portal where they can use all government services. Most citizens encounter certain challenges because of many government websites, complex procedures, and the delay created by the need to collect information. Such challenges are overcome by integrating the different government services in a single platform. To enable the understanding of citizen's inquiries and provision of rapid responses in relation to government programs, licenses, certificates, tax services, welfare programs, and other public services, the platform adopts artificial intelligence technologies such as NLP and chat bot. Citizens are able to track the status of their application, search for services, get step by step assistance and personalized recommendations using a friendly user interface. Moreover, this platform helps in enhancing government services in terms of making them accessible, clear and more efficient by offering support services in languages, security, document management, and real-time updates. Smart Citizen Hub improves governance and enables citizens to save time and energy through minimizing paperwork and interactions with government departments.
