Abstract: The smart breath analyser using gas sensor for infection screening is a friendly, handheld tool designed to help people check their health and air quality in an instant. This device works by looking at the relationship between the air we breathe out and how our body is feeling. It uses an MQ135 sensor to pick up tiny gas particles in the breath and a DHT1 I sensor to keep track of the temperature and humidity in the room. Together, these parts give a helpful snapshot of both the user's health and their environment. Inside the device, an ESP8266 microcontroller uses a special stability guard to make sure every test is accurate. This clever piece of software prevents the system from getting confused by leftover gas, ensuring it only starts a new test when the air is truly clean. The analyser then calculates a simple infection risk percentage and shows it clearly on a small OLED screen. If the risk is high, a built-in buzzer sounds an alert to let the user know they should take extra care. Because it runs on a rechargeable 3.7V lithium battery with a TP4056 charging module, you can carry it anywhere, from work to school. It is built to be simple and easy for anyone to use every day. In the future, the system could even connect to a phone app to track health over time, making it a great starting point for smart, port healthcare tools.
