Abstract: The present disclosure provides an advanced system for hyper-personalized smart beverage preparation integrating a wearable device, a smartphone application, and a smart beverage machine. The wearable device collects real-time biometric data, which is aggregated with behavioural pattern data and environmental data by the smartphone application to generate composite data. A data fusion unit within the smart beverage machine processes the composite data along with user feedback using a multi-dimensional data fusion algorithm to generate aggregated user profile data. A recipe generator unit analyzes the aggregated user profile data to generate personalized beverage recipes, dynamically refining dispensing parameters of a microfluidic dispenser and temperature settings of a temperature controller. The dispensing unit prepares beverages with milligram-level ingredient precision, ensures uniform blending through an ultrasonic mixer, and maintains beverage temperature within ±1°C through a temperature controller. Data encryption techniques compliant with global data protection standards are employed throughout the system. FIG. 2
