Abstract: The present invention relates to a smart battery water management system using IoT with automatic AC filling that uses non-contact capacitive sensors to monitor electrolyte levels through the battery casing, avoiding acid corrosion of electronics. The condensate water is collected in a buffer tank equipped with a mechanical gravity-bypass to manage overflow safely. When a low electrolyte level is detected, a microcontroller-driven pump transfers the water through an inline filter before replenishing the battery. With built-in Wi-Fi, the system provides real-time smartphone alerts, including dry-run protection, ensuring reliable operation. The battery Water Level Alert System focuses on continuous monitoring and timely notifications to prevent damage from low water levels. It employs ultrasonic or float sensors linked to a microcontroller, which compares water levels against preset thresholds. This system minimizes manual inspections, improves battery efficiency, and ensures prompt maintenance, making it a safe and convenient solution for both domestic and industrial inverter battery management.
