Abstract: The present invention provides the system incorporates a central AI processing server, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), industrial robots, and spatial scanning drones to optimize material flow and inventory control. It allows a primary warehouse storage robot to receive an initial scheduling command to transport a designated cargo box to a specified location, while a secondary warehouse storage robot is assigned a subsequent scheduling command for moving a portable cargo shelf to another site. This second robot also employs a cargo pickup device to extract items directly from either the cargo box or the portable shelf according to order group wave data. Meanwhile, spatial scanning drones conduct dynamic high-bay aerial monitoring and stock audits. The central AI engine oversees real-time path re-routing, task allocation, and predictive scheduling to mitigate operational bottlenecks within automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS). FIG.1
