The application for the patent was published on August 28, 2026, under issue no. 35/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a Smart Accident-Responsive Integrated Health Card System designed to automate emergency response and unify fragmented medical records. The system comprises a portable Smart Health Card embedded with a microcontroller, motion sensors, and a GNSS module. An Accident-Responsive Activation Mechanism continuously monitors for high-impact events. Upon detecting an accident, the card automatically acquires precise geolocation coordinates and transmits an encrypted Accident Alert Signal to a central Health Information Exchange (HIE) Network. This triggers the immediate dispatch of emergency services and provisions them with secure, temporary access to the user's cloud-based medical history, which uniquely integrates both allopathic records and Ayush (Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy) details. Simultaneously, a local Secure Element on the card unlocks critical data (allergies, blood group) for offline retrieval via NFC by first responders, significantly reducing time-to-treatment and ensuring informed trauma care.
