Abstract: The present subject matter relates to production of algal production in small scale comprises preparing a culture medium comprising Urea and Potash in water; initial growth of isolated colonies in the culture medium to form biomass broth; preparing inoculum with biomass broth and culture medium; filing in a can with the inoculum; pumping the inoculum through a tubular reactor positioned on a slanting frame for 10 days. The slanting frame is angled at 30 – 50 degrees; and the algal species is Scenedesmus sp. and the growth in biomass is 31%.
