Abstract: Title: Small-Scale Composting Plant and Decomposer-Enriched Bacteria for Organic Waste Management The invention provides an efficient method for decomposing organic waste through the use of a decomposer solution that combines bacterial mass culture, cow dung, and jaggery. This method accelerates the decomposition process, converting organic waste into high-quality compost in a significantly reduced timeframe. The decomposer solution contains active microorganisms from the bacterial mass culture that enhance the breakdown of organic matter, while cow dung and jaggery act as nutrient sources to support microbial activity. The process allows the decomposition of vegetable waste to occur in a span of 5 to 20 days, depending on the concentration of the decomposer solution used, with the highest rate of decomposition observed at a concentration of 30ml. The resulting compost is enriched with essential nutrients beneficial for soil health and plant growth. The compost contains nitrogen (110 to 120 ppm), potassium (6 to 23 ppm), phosphorus (52 to 85 ppm), iron (14.02 to 26.87 ppm), and zinc (0.591 to 0.710 ppm), making it a valuable resource for agricultural applications. This method offers an eco-friendly solution to waste management by reducing organic waste in landfills, improving soil fertility, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices. The invention provides a simple yet effective means of recycling organic waste into valuable compost, contributing to environmental sustainability and reducing dependence on chemical fertilizers
