Abstract: Abstract Sliding mechanism for loading and unloading of assembly modules in integration jig. Sliding mechanism for loading and unloadingof assembly modules in integration jig(300),the present invention (302) is located over a Jig base structure with side support structure assembly (301)leading to reduced assembly build cycle time and provide a safe working space.The structural assembly (100) consists of many modules/sub-assemblies.Each module has to be assembled in sequence to achieve the final component strucutral assembly(100). To assemble all modules an integration jig(300) is used. The present invention (302) involves assembly as shown in Fig.3, Fig.4 which consist of plurality of guide rail support structure(303),(324), connecting tie(304), sliding structure(305), stopper block(306), lock bracket assembly(307), guide rails(308), guide blocks(309), eye bolt(310), lock pin(311), spacer for guide block(312), allen screw(313), dowel(314) and spacer(315).The present invention (302) same could also be implemented in any orientation,to have access for doing assembly activities.Also, by varying the parameters of design the same could cater to any type of bigger assemblies.
