Abstract: The invention relates to a sliding-door fitting for laterally moving a first and a second sliding door. The first sliding door is located in a front vertical plane in a closed position and in a rear vertical plane in an open position. The second sliding door is always located in the front vertical plane. The sliding-door fitting has guide elements with a main direction of extent for guiding the sliding doors. The guide elements have first rail regions for guiding the first sliding door and second rail regions for guiding the second sliding door. The sliding-door fitting also has first sliding fittings. Each first sliding fitting has a spring element. The first sliding fittings are mounted so as to be movable in the first rail regions both along and also transversely to the main direction of extent. The first sliding fittings are movable transversely to the main direction of extent in the first rail regions from a front sliding position counter to the restoring force of the spring element. The sliding-door fitting also has second sliding fittings. The second sliding fittings are guided movably in the main direction of extent in linear guides of the second rail regions.
