Abstract: Sleep disorders and high stress levels have become common issues due to modern lifestyles and demanding work environments. Continuous monitoring of sleep quality and stress can help individuals maintain better physical and mental well being. This paper presents a wearable-based system for detect ing sleep patterns and stress levels using electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. The proposed system utilizes a wearable device called Neuro Play Ground (NPG Lite) to capture brainwave signals. These signals are transmitted through an ESP32-C6 microcontroller using Bluetooth communication. A lightweight deep learning model implemented with TensorFlow Lite processes the EEG data to classify sleep stages and estimate stress levels in real time. The analyzed results are stored in a Firebase cloud database for visualization and long-term monitoring. The system provides real-time monitoring and alert notifications when abnormal stress conditions or irregular sleep patterns are detected. The proposed approach offers a portable and cost effective solution for continuous health monitoring and can assist users in improving sleep quality and managing stress effectively.
