The information processing device (21) comprises: a determination unit (65) that uses behavior data (541) indicating the behavior of the subject (30) to determine L number of sleep events for which the sleep quality of the subject (30) is good; a calculation unit (66) that uses at least one of the activity amount data (542) and the vital-signs data (543) corresponding to each of the L number of sleep events to calculate a plurality of sleep parameters (544) for corresponding L number of sleep events; and an analysis unit (67) that uses the plurality of sleep parameters (544) corresponding respectively to the L number of sleep events to determine a value range for each of the plurality of sleep parameters (544) when the sleep quality of the subject (30) is good.
