Abstract: There is provided a method comprising receiving information related to a configuration of a plurality of paging occasions, monitoring a first at least one paging occasion of a first subset of the plurality of paging occasions wherein the apparatus receives a wake up signal for each of the first at least one paging occasion of the first subset of the plurality of paging occa-sions and skip monitoring a second at least one paging occasion of a sec- ond subset of the plurality of paging occasions wherein the apparatus re-ceives a wake up signal for each of the second at least one paging occasion of the second subset of the plurality of paging occasions and wherein the wake up signal for each of the second at least one paging occasion is asso-ciated with the apparatus, wherein the first subset of the plurality of pag-ing occasions corresponds to a plurality of paging occasions within a first cell area and wherein the second subset of the plurality of paging occa-sions corresponds to a plurality of paging occasions within a second cell area.
